What is Fast Pass?
Fast Pass is a conditional admission offered by the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, University of Hawai‘i at Hilo, and the University of Hawai‘i at West O‘ahu to eligible students from the Class of 2024 in Hawai‘i’s public high schools and charter schools. Eligible students are those who meet certain GPA requirements (see eligibility criteria).
What do I do with the letter?
Complete the online UH application form and upload your unofficial high school transcript. You DO NOT need to upload this letter to your online application.
What should I do if I didn't receive a letter?
Check the eligibility requirements to see if you qualify. If you qualify but did not receive a Fast Pass letter, make sure you upload a copy of your unofficial transcript to your UH application and you will be considered for Fast Pass.
For Class of 2024 Hawai‘i public school graduates who are Hawai‘i residents, the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, Hilo and West Oʻahu will waive application fees for Fall 2024 applications.
Public Charter School students: If you meet the eligibility criteria, you can submit your application to UH and upload your unofficial high school transcript to be considered for Fast Pass. You DO NOT need to submit the Fast Pass letter with your application.
